MW Racing returned to CORR competition for Rounds 7 & 8 with both Wyat and Mason Dulgerian ready to battle against a stacked field of competitors.
Wyat came out strong right from the start of the weekend, qualifying an impressive 3rd place and showing race-winning speed early on. In Round 7, Wyat got caught up in on-track action after the start, forcing him to fight his way back through the field. Despite the setback, he kept pushing and recovered to finish 8th.
Round 8 looked like it could be a breakthrough moment for Wyat, as he charged to the front and was nearly in position to take his first CORR win. Unfortunately, in one of the final turns, the car bicycled onto its side while battling hard for the lead. Even after the late-race mishap, Wyat still managed to finish a solid 6th place.
Mason faced a challenging weekend of his own, finishing 8th in Round 7 and 11th in Round 8. While the results weren’t what the team was hoping for, but know he’ll come back even stronger and ready to charge hard at the next rounds.
